When you submit an application or info-session signup, we collect the information you provide: parent name and contact details, country/region, student first name and age, and program preferences. We collect student information only from parents or guardians, never directly from children.

2. How we use it

We do not sell personal information. We do not use children's data for advertising.

• To communicate with you about the program
• To run cohorts your child is enrolled in
• To send progress updates and program communications

3. Children's privacy

Students are minors. We collect the minimum information needed to run the program, we do not publish identifying details, and student work is shared publicly only with explicit parent permission. See our Child Safety & AI Use Policy for full details.

4. Storage and security

Application data is stored in access-controlled systems limited to our admissions and program staff. We retain application data only as long as needed for admissions and program administration; you may request deletion at any time.

5. Third-party services

We use standard service providers for hosting, form storage, email delivery, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your family's personal information at any time by emailing admissions@theaiyouthlab.com.
